Terms of service
The service
MadLeadz, operated by The Mad Botter INC, delivers verified business leads and buying signals on a subscription basis. Quotas, features, and pricing are as described on the pricing page at time of purchase. Credits are consumed only by delivered leads; monthly grants expire at period end.
Acceptable use
Use delivered data for your own business-to-business sales and marketing only. You may not resell or redistribute the data, use it for employment, credit, insurance, or housing decisions, or use it in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for how you contact prospects.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Data accuracy is a best effort backed by verification, not a warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
