Who we are
MadLeadz is operated by The Mad Botter INC, a US company. Questions or requests: sales@themadbotter.com.
Data about you (our customer)
When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We store your account settings, ideal customer profile, and integration credentials (encrypted at rest). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. If you start signing up and don't finish, we may note that internally so we can follow up.
Data about prospects (the product)
MadLeadz processes business-contact information about professionals — name, job title, work email, company, and public business signals — sourced from licensed commercial data providers and public sources. We do not collect or process consumer data, and we prohibit use of prospect data for employment, credit, insurance, or housing decisions. If you are a prospect and want your information removed from our systems, email sales@themadbotter.com — we suppress the record permanently and notify customers who received it.
Service providers
We share data only as needed to run the product: Coresignal (prospect data), MillionVerifier and Findymail (email verification), Anthropic (signal classification), Stripe (billing), DigitalOcean (hosting), and — at your direction — the CRM or tools you connect (HubSpot, Trello). We do not sell your data or run third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request. Rejected prospect records are purged within 30 days; provider raw data within 90 days of delivery. We use only essential session cookies — no tracking cookies.
This policy will be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
