How MadLeadz works

The pipeline

You describe your ideal customer profile once. MadLeadz then runs continuously: it discovers matching people at matching companies, SMTP-verifies every email before it counts against your quota, watches for buying signals (hiring surges, funding, leadership changes), and delivers each lead as a research brief into the tools you already use. Rejected and unverifiable leads never bill.

Connecting HubSpot

Go to Integrations → Connect HubSpot and authorize the portal you want leads in. Each delivered lead is upserted as a Contact (matched by email) and Company (matched by domain), associated together, with the research brief attached as a note on the contact. MadLeadz requests only contact and company read/write scopes. Disconnect any time from the same page — already-delivered records stay in your portal.

Connecting Trello

On Integrations, paste your Trello API key, token, and the target list ID. Each delivered lead becomes one card with the brief as its description.

CSV export

Always available on every plan from the Leads page. Columns are formatted for Instantly, Smartlead, and common outbound tools, with email verification status and signals appended.

Email verification statuses

verified — the mailbox was SMTP-confirmed deliverable. risky — the domain accepts all mail (catch-all), so the specific mailbox can't be confirmed or denied; common among mid-market companies. You can exclude risky leads entirely in Settings.
